Around 9:20 AM, Aurora Fire Rescue responded to a structure fire at a single-story restaurant. AFR quickly located, confined, and extinguished the fire while searching for people who may have been trapped. Thankfully, the business was not open yet, and no injuries were reported. Due to the swift actions by AFR, fire crews prevented further fire damage and saved valuable memorabilia, family photos, and artwork displayed in the dining area. Fire investigators concluded the cause of the fire was undetermined and started in the kitchen area. The business will be closed for repairs.
