In conjunction with the New American Arts Festival, Aurora History Museum will display photos and thoughts of our friends and neighbors affected by war and strife around the world.



On Display in the Theater Room


First 50 Years of Aurora
What was Aurora like in it's first years? Learn about water, transportation, politics, city services, and education in Aurora's formative years. Visitors voted to return this favorite previously displayed exhibit to our Theater Room in July 2022.

Travelling Exhibits


Without a Home:
 
Learn more about our travelling exhibit, Without a Home in Aurora. This exhibit allowed people experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity to speak about their experiences and feelings on their situation. It is available as a traveling exhibit for businesses, churches and other organizations.

Festival of Wreaths
Community Gallery:
 Nov. 7, 2023 to Dec. 18, 2023
Originally on display in 2010, while volunteers worked diligently to restore our now beloved landmark streetcar, this exhibit will return for a victory lap in preparation for the 10-year anniversary of the dedication of our Trolley Gallery.
