To enhance access to online services, we have partnered with Accela, Inc. to offer a new Customer Portal for Aurora residents and businesses. The Customer Portal is currently operational for fire inspections, arborist licenses and homeowners association registrations. In 2021, access to additional city services will be made available on the Customer Portal, including temporary use permits, business licensing, marijuana compliance and more.
