The Recovery of Yield (ROY) Authority is constituted to recover water in the Arkansas River owned by the members, bypassed through the city of Pueblo to maintain the city of Pueblo’s recreational flows.

Aurora Water is a member of the ROY authority with a 27% interest in the property the six member municipal water providers have acquired under a 2007 Intergovernmental Agreement. The six municipal water providers are Aurora Water, Pueblo Water, Colorado Springs Utilities, the Southeastern Colorado Water Conservancy District, the city of Fountain and Pueblo West. 

This meeting is the initial meeting of the board of directors of the ROY Authority. The board will undertake the actions listed in the agenda, including election of officers, adoption of bylaws and more.
