Homebuyer Education Seminars
Homebuyer Education Seminars help potential first-time homebuyers understand the process of purchasing a home and address Fair Housing-related terminology, financing, credit reports, working with a realtor and lender, city codes, caring for a home, responsibilities of home ownership and much more. Seminars are offered monthly in English and Spanish.
Please check the schedule posted below for a list of dates and times. The location, if not noted on the schedule, will be provided at the time of registration.
Upon class completion, participants will receive a certificate that is required by many down payment assistant programs, including Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA).
