Homebuyer Education Seminars
Homebuyer Education Seminars help potential first-time homebuyers understand the process of purchasing a home and address Fair Housing-related terminology, financing, credit reports, working with a realtor and lender, city codes, caring for a home, responsibilities of home ownership and much more.
Upon class completion, participants will receive a certificate that is required by many down payment assistant programs, including Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA).

Homebuyer Education Seminars - Online
Homebuyer Education Seminars via e-Home America are available online in English and Spanish for a $75 fee, which is paid at the time of online registration.
E-Home America’s signature Homebuyer Education course is the certified web-based program for prospective first-time homebuyers. Exceeding national industry standards, this course helps inform buyers ready for a lifetime of homeownership. Easily accessible through any device 24 hours a day, seven days a week, you can learn the ins and outs by taking the comprehensive, fun and engaging course at your own pace.
Upon completion of the online course, participants must meet with one our counselors for a 30-minute follow-up meeting to receive a certificate that is required by many down payment assistant programs, including Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA).
