RIVER FITNESS
Come join us for a refreshing and invigorating journey down the river! River Fitness offers a unique and refreshing exercise experience by taking your workout into the lazy river at indoor pool recreation centers. This program combines the resistance of the river current with the benefits of a cardio-strengthening exercise routine.
