Aurora Water billing's phone is currently down. Pay-by-phone systems is still working.

Due to a system outage, our customer service department is currently unable to connect you with a live agent. If you need to make a payment, you can still use the pay-by-phone option. You can also access account information through our secure online portal at https://myaccount.aurorawater.org/login

All credit card transactions for water bill payments now have a transaction fee of $1.95 for residential customers and $7.95 for commercial, multifamily and irrigation accounts. ACH or eCheck option will continue to be at no cost.

Sewer usage charges are based on “winter quarter average,” which calculates average water consumption from December through February. Your usage varies from year to year, so the average is recalculated each spring. The new sewer charges are reflected on your April bill.
