Our automated payment system allows customers to access their water account, billing and payment history information over your phone.

Water bill payments can be dropped off at the cashier's office, in our secure drop box at the Aurora Municipal Center, 15151 E. Alameda Parkway (east side of the building facing Chambers Road) or at the bill drop slot at the South East Area Maintenance Facility at 26791 E. Quincy Ave. Virtual billing consultations can be made through the Customer Service Hub at the Municipal Center. Bills can be paid online by visiting MyAccount.AuroraWater.org/login.

For your convenience, payments can be dropped off postage free in our secure drop box at the Aurora Municipal Center, 15151 E. Alameda Parkway (east side of the building facing Chambers Road) and at the South East Area Maintenance Facility at 26791 E. Quincy Ave. Staff checks the box twice a day for payments. Please do not pay by cash in the dropbox.

You can now make payments using our new payment kiosk in the lobby of the Southeast Area Maintenance Facility, located at 26791 E. Quincy Avenue.

The payment kiosk accepts the following forms of payment:

• Credit Cards
• Checks
• Cash

To make a payment, all you need is your water account number. The kiosk is available from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. There is also a bill payment drop box outside the entry doors that is available after hours.

Please note:

• The kiosk does not provide change.
• The kiosk does not accept coins.

This program allows your water payments to be spread out evenly throughout the year. We calculate your utility costs, previous usage and seasonal fluctuations in water consumption to provide a more predictable bill each month. Customers can pay their bill using third-party services, including those at area grocery stores like King Soopers, but many of them charge substantial fees. We recommend using Western Union, as their fee is only $1. Ask for Western Union Quick Collect Payment and you should only pay $1. Click here for more details.
