The Aurora4Biz customer portal provides a place to upload plans, pay for select permits, review and comment on development projects, apply and renew select licenses, and other online services related to building, planning and development.
The city recently launched a new customer service portal, DevPortal.AuroraGov.org, which currently only includes registering for neighborhood and community groups, scheduling pre-application meetings, Small Cell and Fiber license applications, Aurora Water floodplain development permits, temporary use permits, temporary sign permits, film permits, arborist license application and renewal, donation bin permits, block party permits and online transport permits. This portal does not include any other building permit services at this time.
DevPortal.AuroraGov.org will be offline from 6 p.m. the night prior to new services launching until the morning of the day of launch.
