Name that Book Cart!
Monday, April 8 to Saturday, April 13, Tallyn's Reach Library

Help us name book carts in honor of National Library Week! Submit your ideas from April 8 to 10 to the voting box near the front desk. Staff will then choose their top favorite names for you to vote on April 11-13.

Marbled Bookmarks
Teen: Thursday, April 11, 4:30 p.m., Mission Viejo Library
Adult: Saturday, April 13, 4 p.m., Mission Viejo Library

Celebrate National Library Week by making bookmarks using this cool painting technique. You’ll pour paint into a special liquid, so it floats on the surface, create patterns in it, then dip your bookmarks to make a print.

Block Printing Bookbags
Saturday, April 13, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Mission Viejo Library

Celebrate National Library Week by stopping by and using block printing to make your own custom bookbag to take home and keep. Choose from a selection of block patterns provided by professionals at AV Studios.
