Contribution and expenditure reporting requirements continue to apply until a committee files a termination report. Termination reports are filed when a committee has no outstanding debts or balance of campaign funds.
Campaign Finance System
The Campaign Finance System is an online dashboard where candidates and treasurers register, submit financial data, manage accounts, produce reports, and file documentation. It also provides a user-friendly web portal for the public to search for registered candidates/committees and parse through their campaign finance reports.
