Serious crash sends two to the hospital.
At 2243 on August 27, 2023. Aurora Fire Rescue responded to reports of a serious motor vehicle crash involving two vehicles near the intersection of Mexico Ave and Buckley Road.
Upon arrival, the first arriving crew did a quick patient assessment and found that there was a total of 3 patients, with two patients that had sustained life-threatening injuries and one patient with minor injuries. One patient was pinned inside their vehicle and auto extrication was needed to gain access to them.
The patients were taken to area hospitals for further medical treatment. Nothing further at this time.
