Study Sessions and Council Meetings Conducted Virtually Until Further Notice

The Study Sessions (visit the Council Calendar for study session meeting time) and Regular Council Meetings at 6:00 p.m. will be conducted virtually until further notice. Members of the public and media are invited to view or listen live to the Study Session and Council Meeting through the options below:

Public Comment on Agenda Items

Individuals wishing to comment in support of or to oppose a specific agenda item during a Council Meeting may call the live public comment line at 855.695.3475 and press *3 to reach the operator. The public call-in line opens at 5:30 p.m. on the day of the Council Meeting.

Individuals must call in and be in the queue before the agenda item title is read. Individuals will be placed in the queue on a first-come, first-served basis determined by Aurora residency and the time the individual's call is received. Speakers have a maximum of three minutes to speak. 



Accessibility at public meetings

The Aurora Municipal Center is wheelchair accessible with entry ramps and accessible parking located on the west and east side of the building and on all levels of the parking garage. Ramp access from the parking garage is located on the Ground Floor and the 4th level of the garage.

Requests for accommodations can be made by contacting the Office of ADA Compliance and Accessibility at 303.326.8858, by emailing [email protected], or by filling out the Office of Accessibility's online contact form. You are strongly encouraged to submit accommodation requests at least 2 business days in advance of any public meeting.

If you are in need of an interpreter for a public meeting please contact the Office of International and Immigrant Affairs at 303.739.7521 by 9 a.m. on the day of the meeting. Sign Language requests should be submitted 3 business days in advance of public meetings.  
The city provides English-language closed captioning services on Aurora cable channels 8 and 880.
