Having the ability to quickly predetermine the building permit fees for your project is always important. The total amount will vary depending upon the complexity of the plan review and inspections required for your project.

The Building Division has recently gone to a flat building fee for some projects; check to see if your project is on the list of flat fee permits.

For all other projects, the permit fee calculator below will assist you in estimating the costs of the plan review fee, permit fee and use tax.
