Lifeguard Training Classes
The city of Aurora is offering free lifeguard training courses to participants 15+ years of age. Participants will learn how to administer emergency oxygen, first aid, CPR, and an AED. Participants will also learn basic Lifeguarding skills and be trained and certified as a lifeguard.

We're looking for diverse and dedicated lifeguards and swim instructors for both indoor and outdoor pools. From students to retirees, this opportunity offers flexible schedules and a competitive rate of $17.50 per hour. Our Aquatics staff enjoys perks like free access to city recreation centers, equipment, uniforms and career advancement prospects. Plus, paid training including lifeguard training, emergency oxygen certification, first aid and CPR.
