Access Aurora is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday via phone. The Access Aurora desk in the Aurora Municipal Center is open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday for walk-in payments, advance appointments and in-person services. Requests submitted after 5 p.m. will be addressed the next business day.
