Playing an instrument is not just a fun hobby it can have numerous health benefits. Studies have shown that playing an instrument can reduce stress, boost creativity, enhance social connections, improving overall well-being. The benefits for children are even more profound. Early music literacy develops the regions of the brain that process complex math and science, not to mention the positive effects of music learning on language development and problem solving.

I believe that students learn best if they are passionate about what they are learning, interested in the content and having fun while they are learning. If they aren’t interested in what they are learning, they will more than likely fail to retain the information taught.
