Starting out on your water conservation journey? This video covers the basics of conservation for HOAs and other multifamily properties.

Grass Replacement Incentive Program (GRIP)

If you're responsible for your own landscaping, head over to our GRIP page
•  Aurora Water must approve all projects before installation. Rebates are not retroactive.
•  Areas to be converted must have existing grass. Yards that contain barren soil or significant bare patches of soil and weeds do not qualify.
•  Areas containing existing grass that serves primarily an aesthetic purpose. Potential areas will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
•  A phasing option is available. We have partnered up with Xcel Energy to show Aurora’s local businesses and multifamily properties big savings potential. Take the guesswork out of efficiency with a dual assessment from both utilities. See our multifamily flyer or commercial flyer for full details. Contact us at [email protected] for more information and to schedule your dual assessment.

•  Artificial grass does not qualify for a rebate.
•  Before completing the application, read the HOA/Large property Grass Replacement Incentive Program (GRIP) Manual.

Toilet rebate program

If you are an HOA, commercial property or multi-family property you are eligible to participate in the toilet rebate program. You will receive your rebate in the form of a check.
