Theatre education develops lifelong skills such as listening, reading, memorization, focus, concentration & self-confidence. Theatre classes & participation in the rehearsal process also teaches self-reliance & responsibility towards a group. Portraying characters helps young people develop empathy for others.
Students create characters, dialogue, monologues, scenes & performance pieces with guidance from experienced theatre professionals. Classes culminate in performances or a sharing for family & friends on the final day of class. We strongly encourage consistent attendance for all theatre classes.

There is still space in Storybook Alive: Classic Fairy Tales for ages 4-7 at Tallyn's Reach Library, Oct. 23-Nov. 27.
