The City of Aurora, Colorado seeks your input and participation. The City is submitting the 2024 Annual Action Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Annual Action Plan includes the details of how the City will disperse funding from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, in the following amounts:

The 30-day public comment period will take place between the dates of October 31st, 2024, through December 8, 2024. Comments can be submitted in the following manners – via email to Sarah A. Pulliam-Carroll to [email protected], by phone to (303) 739-7601 or (720) 326-1423, or by mail, please send to the address provided at the bottom of this public notice.
A public hearing will be held at the Citizen’s Advisory Committee on Housing and Community Development on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at 6:00 PM. This meeting will be held in person and virtually. The meeting will take place at the Aurora Municipal Center, 15151 E. Alameda Parkway, Aurora Room, Aurora, Colorado, 80012. All residents are encouraged to participate in this process including but not limited to, special groups of residents that may wish to participate may include but are not limited to residents who are housing cost burdened, have limited English proficiency, have disabilities, seniors, and people experiencing homelessness.
