Attachments from chain emails may not print correctly. It works best to download the attachment and use the
website (laptop/home computer) or the
app (phones/tablets) to print.
Printing from the Mobile App on a Smartphone or Tablet
Download the
PrinterOn Mobile Printing app from the app store.
Open the app and choose the bottom option to set a printer.
Identify your Library pickup location:
Central Library

Touch the orange print icon, then touch the text box that says "2 printers found."
Choose Black and White or Color.
Touch the checkmark to select the printer and return to the main screen. (Touch the star at the top to save the location as a favorite.)
Choose the file that needs to be printed by selecting Documents, Photos, or Web.
Choose Print, then enter your email address when prompted. (This email is used at the user ID when at the Library's print station.)
Printing Boarding Passes and Other Exceptions
If a website required a log-in or password to view it, then PrinterOn will be unable to access it and print the documents.
This most commonly affects airline boarding passes because they require a log-in.
If the airline allows you to save a copy of the boarding pass as a PDF file, then:
1. Save the PDF file to disk.
2. Print the PDF file using this printing service.
Or, in Internet Explorer, click 'File>Save As>Web Archive, single file *.mht', and save the webpage to a location you can browse to from the Printing Service.
