Alameda Parkway, Aspen Room on the 2nd Tuesday of January, April, July, October at 3 p.m. However, Due to the current COVID-19 situation, meetings are held virtually. Purpose

To act as a Board of Adjustment and Appeals and Board of Standards regarding building codes and contractor licensing, review administrative error, and suspension/revocations of licenses.

Qualifications

Must be an Aurora resident and registered voter for at least one year prior to appointment. The Board shall include two citizens not connected with building construction; one member who qualifies for a Commercial Building Contractor license with five years experiance in construction; one structural design engineer; one architect; and one electrical design engineer.
