Office of Development Assistance
This office helps explain and facilitate the city’s development process.

Building Division (including Public Improvements)
This division manages building permits, building plan reviews, and building inspections.

Plans Review (Engineering, Traffic, Land Development)
This division reviews development application submittals (including site plan review), civil construction documents and traffic plans.
Land Development Review Services
This division reviews subdivision plats, annexation plats, site plans, easement/right-of-way dedications and releases by separate instrument, research, development-related licensing, development review meetings and fiber/wireless communications facilities licensing.
