Seed Library

What is a Seed Library, you might ask? The Seed Library is a self-sustaining collection of seeds that gardeners can borrow, plant at home and then collect and return the seeds from their harvest for the next growing season.  Each year, this collection of seeds will grow and diversify, which will help create seed stocks that are acclimated to Aurora’s climate and genetically diverse.

Does this all sound a little overwhelming?  Never fear! Revols Beehive Gardens is providing an abundance of educational opportunities, from basic botany instruction and planting and harvesting guidelines, to free classes and hands-on volunteer opportunities - all of which can be found on our Seed Library webpage

This is a great opportunity for gardeners of all skill levels to create and celebrate community, learn new skills, serve as mentors to others and enjoy Colorado’s beautiful weather.

Visit the Seed Library on the lower level of our Central Library, 14949 E. Alameda Pkwy. For more information about our Seed Library, click here or call 303.739.6630.
