Become an Open Space Volunteer Steward!

Support the mission and vision of the Open Space and Natural Resources Division in several ways, including:
-Perform trail steward duties such as trail monitoring and bike
patrol
-Restore native habitats through planting trees, shrubs,
and grasses
-Fight noxious weeds
-Monitor resources through bird counts and other resource surveys
-Staff the nature center desk at our three nature centers
-Share unique talents like art, design and writing through special  projects
-Assist with public or school program presentations on natural, scientific and historical topics.
-Provide support at special events
and much more!
