Traffic Impact Study Guidelines - June 2015
Not all projects require a traffic impact study. The Applicant should review the Pre-Application notes for the project to determine if a study is required. If a traffic impact study is required it shall be stamped by a registered professional engineer and submitted with the Development Application.

Material Prequalification
In accordance with the City of Aurora Roadway Design and Construction Specifications, any material used in the right-of-way must be approved prior to use. Material that has not been approved prior to use in the right-of-way is subject to rejection. Posted are the current approved materials for use within the city of Aurora (effective 2018-2019). Additional items may be added at a later date.
