Virtual LEGO Club (June 2021)

LEGO Club has gone virtual! Build a LEGO creation that matches our monthly theme, post a photo of your creation on social media or email it to [email protected] and be entered to win a LEGO kit free from your library!

Learn Something New! STEM (Marshmallow Catapult)

This is your opportunity to learn something new! This week, Miss Tess shows how to make a marshmallow catapult! This STEM activity showcases kinetic energy. When you pull back on the spoon, kinetic energy is transferred from the spoon to the marshmallow, which launches it! How far can you get your marshmallow to fly?

Join us every Tuesday in May as we share new things to learn!

Kids ages 5 - 12, with parent's permission, can submit a photo or video of what they learned this month (a fun fact, a new song, a new language, a new dance - almost anything!) via social media or an email to [email protected] to be entered to win a prize! 2017 National Electrical Code

The city of Aurora will adopt the 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC) July 10, 2017. All plan submittals will be reviewed against the 2017 NEC effective on that date.

International Codes

Paper Documents

NOTICE: The Building Division will no longer return approved plans and documents on paper with the exception of homeowner and small residential projects. Applicants will need to download documents from the "Property Information" page of the city website. For questions, contact Customer Service at 303.739.7420.
